Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assisting in planning special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed.
