Job summary

Subway is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead a team of 4-12, ensuring excellent guest experiences and high food quality while maintaining safe, clean, and functional restaurant operations.

You will assist in scheduling, inventory control, and promotions, coordinate staff training, and support daily openings and closings. Full-time/Part-time positions vary by location; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge and POS familiarity are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of 4-12 and assign/evaluate work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in the restaurant and coordinate training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and high standards of service.
