Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in our restaurant. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety while managing inventory and staff.

As part of the Subway Team, you’ll schedule 4–12 staff, assist with promotions and training, and ensure consistent service across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensation is discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience and service.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and welcoming.
• Control inventory and assist with ordering.
• Schedule and supervise a 4–12 member team.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Assist with events, promotions, and staff training.
