Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager/Shift Manager to help deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure high food quality, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.

You will supervise a team, manage inventory and scheduling, and assist with events and promotions. This role offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations and opportunities to advance within the Subway team.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator and able to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4–12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating training as needed.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
