Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Team building and coaching to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist in recruiting and training to ensure skilled, confident staff.
• Uphold Brand standards and ensure high‑quality guest experiences.
• Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs for profitability.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement improvement plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
