Dunkin' restaurant seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team, coach staff, and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager on daily operations, scheduling, training recruitment, performance feedback, and driving sales while controlling labor and food costs.

Applicants must have or obtain a Food Safety Certification, be at least 21 with a high school diploma, possess a valid license, and be willing to work varied

Qualifications

• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma.
