Dunkin’ Franchisee is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead team members toward delivering fast, friendly, high-quality service. You’ll assist the Restaurant Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and help manage training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in food service or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with all Dunkin’ brand standards and safety regulations
• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
