Job summary

Dunkin' is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a growing team across our Michigan and Cleveland locations. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while ensuring fast, friendly service and strong guest satisfaction.

Work with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, control costs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience in a busy franchise environment.

Qualifications

• One or more years management experience.
• Open/flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to help lead and manage the restaurant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good with problem solving and decision making.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures.
• Achieve results by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service satisfaction; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change; minimizing waste.
• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations. Restaurant Assistant Managers help with maintaining a clean and food safe environment for our guest and our team members, help with ensuring 100% guest satisfaction, and help with managing controllable cost to maintain a profitable restaurant.
• Delight our guests by exceeding their expectations and providing a 5 Star Guest experience.
