Flynn Arby’s in Mountain Home, AR is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a world‑class food/hospitality team. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly and drive excellence in guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, oversee inventory and food safety, schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and lead the team to hit sales targets while maintaining a clean, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety/quality standards
