Flynn Arby’s in the United States is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This role works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive daily performance.

You will train team members, manage inventory and labor costs, enforce food safety standards, schedule staff, resolve guest issues, and support store improvements. We value reliability, communication, and a proactive, guest‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
