Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will work with the General Manager, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage labor costs while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
