Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, supporting the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service, while managing inventory and enforcing food safety standards to protect guests and brand quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
