Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Granite City, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive smooth restaurant operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the crew and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will train team members, help with scheduling, manage labor costs, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met while supporting sales targets and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
