Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor staff, and control labor costs while delivering top-notch guest service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a Food/Hospitality setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced environment.
