Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations with focus on Guest service, product quality, cleanliness and speed of service.
• Lead by example by working alongside the team in all areas.
• Resolve Guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Ensure consistent execution of Marco's operating standards and systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
• Coach and train employees to deliver a 5-Star Guest experience.
• Provide ongoing feedback and accountability to build a high-performing team.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
