Flynn Arby’s in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our world-class restaurant team. This role works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding guest service.

You will train and mentor crew, manage inventory, control labor costs, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized environment and helping achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets.
