Flynn Arby’s in Morrilton, AR is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and to deliver flawless customer service.

You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory, and help control labor costs while driving sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food/hospitality and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
