Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our frontline leadership team in Newton, Kansas. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor staff, manage inventory and food safety, control labor costs, and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in Food/Hospitality, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
