Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the General Manager, drives guest satisfaction, and helps run daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Pratt, Kansas.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory and labor costs, ensure food safety, and collaborate on improvements. A minimum of 2 years in Food/Hospitality and strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
