Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, a leading restaurant operator, seeks an Assistant Manager to join our Kansas team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will drive labor cost controls, supervise scheduling, and lead initiatives to improve sales and service excellence while delivering a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
