Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Oversee inventory and uphold food safety and quality standards
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost controls
• Provide leadership to reach sales targets
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment
• Work with management to implement operational improvements
