Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Fort Scott, Kansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and deliver flawless guest service.

You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory and labor costs, support scheduling, and uphold food safety and quality standards while helping the store achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets

• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
