Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Basic Math skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Accessible transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet KFC standards.
• Oversee team members and ensure tasks are completed.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to RGM on team performance.
• Assist with training and screening of Team Members.
• Support inventory, cash control and labor management.
• Oversee food preparation, portioning and holding times.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the restaurant.
