Flynn Arby’s seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Branson, MO. You will partner with the General Manager to train staff, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier guest service while controlling labor and costs.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of food safety standards. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
