Swig in Spanish Fork, UT is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold Swig's standards. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, train staff, and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication, both verbal and written.

• Food handler's permit and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring standards are met in FOH and BOH.
