Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Draper, UT location. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to meet Swig’s high standards while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing customer service, driving sales, controlling labor costs, and ensuring inventory and reporting are up to date. Leadership experience is a plus; must be 16 or older and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership potential or prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for FOH and BOH, ensuring Swig standards.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive team environment.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer service and online reviews.
• Drive sales growth and monitor labor costs to improve profitability.
• Manage prep, stocking, inventory, and weekly reporting for smooth operations.
• Uphold policies, maintain a safe, clean, and organized store, and assist with to-go/delivery orders.
