Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop a team.
• Experience with store operations including payroll, scheduling and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative team for the store.
• Promote products and drive customer engagement via promotions and social channels.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound business with strong customer focus.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours and associate scheduling.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store per planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop high-performing, customer-focused associates with Store Manager.
• Minimum 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication, recruiting, and operational skills.
• Develop peeps with Avenger-like time management and professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.
• Retail is fast-changing; adapt to curveballs.
