Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Promote products via promotions, social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound business.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
