Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our sales team, drive store performance, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role combines selling footwear with coaching and supervising staff to foster growth and career progression.

You will help recruit, train, and mentor the team, manage daily operations, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized while handling deposits and vendor freight with accuracy.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with personal transportation to bank deposits.
• Desire to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.
• Willingness to open/close the store and work alone at times.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales on computer, process payments, and apply discounts.
• Help restock the sales floor and keep store neat and clean.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and training the sales team.
• Coach and discipline sales team as needed.
• Lead team to deliver the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare deposits and make bank deposits.
• Process incoming freight and set displays as goods arrive.
