Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time 2nd Assistant Manager role in our retail stores. You will supervise the sales floor, guide a team, and lead by example to deliver excellent customer service while growing within the company.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling shoes and related items, ringing up sales, stocking, and maintaining a clean store. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunity for career advancement within a growing company.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Able to open/close the store and work alone at times.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; capable of lifting 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping experiences.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories; ring up sales and process payments.
• Help restock the sales floor and keep the store neat and clean.
• Lead and train team members to ensure strong customer service.
• Make deposits at the bank and process incoming freight.
