Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager in a part-time, entry-level management role. You will sell shoes and lead the sales team on your shift, greeting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation to bank deposits.
• Willing to open/close the store and may be alone on shift.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Desire to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Teach others how to do the tasks above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
