• Willing to open/close the store and work independently at times.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, and lift 25–50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories; rings up sales and processes payments.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Coach and discipline sales team; lead by example for best customer service.
• Prepare deposits and handle daily banking tasks; manage freight to floor.
