You will greet customers, drive sales of shoes and accessories, manage deposits, and help stock the floor while ensuring the store stays neat and organized. The position emphasizes leadership growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Own transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to learn how to be a people manager.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Lead the team when on duty.
• Make bank deposits.
• Process freight and set the sales floor arrivals.
