Snooze Queen Creek is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-energy team focused on Guest and Snoozer experiences. You’ll coach staff, ensure service standards, and help maintain quality across FOH and HOH roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant-related experience in an hourly or managerial role.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system and handle cash.
• Leader among the team with experience as a Supervisor or Manager.
• Willing to grow in both FOH and HOH and lead by example.
• Thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
• Able to work 45–55 hours per week and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be Snooze expert and share our story with Guests.
• Understand Snooze policies, procedures, standards, and expectations.
• Ensure Guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Maintain knowledge of Snooze recipes and Food & Beverage Doctrine.
• Monitor food and beverage quality for taste, presentation, and temperature.
• Execute daily systems and checklists for safety and sanitation.
• Oversee areas like ordering, scheduling, inventory, or hiring.
• Manage POS system and administer discounts and comps.
• Resolve escalated Guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Lead shifts for FOH or HOH and coach in-the-moment.
• Open/close the restaurant and schedule training.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained.
• Support local marketing initiatives, catering and events.
