Snooze Arvada is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and support the Guest and Snoozer experience. You will coach the team, uphold Snooze standards, and ensure smooth shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant‑related experience in an hourly or managerial position.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Leaders who can coach and empower their team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work 45–55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑energy shifts and ensure friendly, quality service.
• Maintain knowledge of Snooze recipes and Food & Beverage Doctrine.
• Oversee operations in FOH or HOH and manage scheduling or hiring as needed.
• Coach and evaluate Snoozers, and open/close the restaurant per procedures.
• Support local marketing initiatives and events when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and food handling regulations.
