Snooze is seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver the Snooze guest experience with passion and hospitality. This entry-level leadership role welcomes those stepping up from a supervisor level and offers development opportunities across FOH and HOH. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant-related experience in an hourly or managerial role.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system and handle cash.
• Evident leadership experience as a Supervisor or Manager.
• Comfort with FOH or HOH and willingness to grow in both.
• Thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
• Takes ownership of shifts and empowers the team.
• Growth mindset and eagerness for advancement in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Become a Snooze expert and share our story with Guests.
• Follow Snooze policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide welcome, responsive and exceptional guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of Snooze recipes and F&B doctrine for consistency.
• Monitor food and beverage quality for taste, presentation and temperature.
• Execute daily systems for safety, sanitation and recipe adherence.
• Oversee areas like ordering, scheduling, inventory, or hiring.
• Manage the POS system and discounts, cash handling procedures.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate shift information clearly to hourly staff.
• Manage service flow and maintain Snooze experience and operational goals.
• Lead coaching conversations and Snoozer development.
• Open/close the restaurant per procedures; schedule training; cross-train staff.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained; perform preventative checks.
• Demonstrate leadership presence and Snooze leadership principles.
• Support local marketing, catering and after-hours events.
