Snooze The Quarry is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager (AM) to lead daily restaurant operations, support teams, and ensure exceptional Snooze guest experiences. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards across FOH or HOH while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The role is entry‑level leadership, suitable for someone stepping up from a Supervisor position. Competitive pay, weekly invoicing, and comprehensive benefits accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of restaurant-related experience in hourly or supervisory roles.
• Ability to coach and lead teams during fast-paced shifts.
• Strong math and cash-handling competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts with focus on FOH or HOH operations and guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to Snooze policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and coach Snoozers, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Maintain inventory, scheduling, and basic hiring tasks as needed.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations accurately.
• Collaborate with management to execute local marketing initiatives.
