Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations in Florida. The role serves as a development pathway toward store-wide management, assisting the Restaurant Manager with planning, direction and supervision of staff, inventory, and guest experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift execution, training Crew Members, and maintaining compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Formación

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, direction and controlling store operations.
• Supervise employees in inventory, merchandising, losses and work hours.
• Support ordering, planning of sales, and involvement in P&L basics.
• Lead team during shifts to ensure great guest experience.
• Recruiting, hiring and performance management development as directed by the manager.
