Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to coach, teach and inspire others.
• Able to follow and enforce processes and standards with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift and keep energy high.
• Coach and develop Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew.
• Address and resolve squad or customer concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage shift duties checklists and equipment issues.
