Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, supervise and coach staff, and uphold food safety and guest service standards. You’ll partner with the General Manager to optimize labor, inventory, and performance while delivering a consistently excellent dining experience.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for professional growth within a premier, nationwide franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
