Job summary

Lush North America is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team and drive customer experience in our Ohio/Cincinnati shops. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, instill our brand values, and manage budgets and sales targets to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll champion skincare essentials, ethical sourcing, and 100% vegetarian products while promoting within for career growth and DEIB initiatives across the store.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
