Job summary

Lush North America seeks an Assistant Manager in Tucson to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As second-in-command to the Shop Manager, you will model Lush Leadership Practices and support staff development, scheduling, and stock control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team on the sales floor to meet goals
• Educate customers on brand values and ethics
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Drive sales through strong business acumen and metrics
• Be present to support team and remove obstacles
• Coach and develop staff through positive feedback
• Ensure store standards for opening/closing, product integrity, safety
• Schedule staff for peak times and manage attendance
