Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running daily operations and leading a team. You will be involved in planning, directing, and supervising inventory, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction during shifts.

Responsibilities include enforcing brand standards, optimizing labor and costs, and assisting with recruiting and performance management to prepare you for long-term management roles within our Dunkin' locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and lead crew members.
• Oversee shift operations to deliver great guest experiences.
• Assign crew positions and set shift expectations.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs and cash handling during shifts.
• Support training and recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and brand standards.
