Job summary

Wingstop in Elk Grove, CA is seeking an assistant manager to work with the store manager on planning, organizing, training and leading the team to meet sales, cost, guest service and food quality targets.

You will ensure scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness standards are maintained across all shifts and oversee deliveries, cash handling and staff coaching to uphold guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/fast-casual operations preferred.
• Strong guest service and leadership abilities required.
• Solid cash handling and POS reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure service quality and facility appearance.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure timely deliveries and control costs by ordering as needed and following receiving policies.
• Inspect equipment and maintain cleanliness and QSC standards.
• Coach and assess crew performance and enforce company policies.
