Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a superior member experience. You will partner with the General Manager to manage staff, service quality and club metrics, while promoting a welcoming, clean and safe workout environment.

You’ll recruit, train and supervise team members, ensure compliance with company standards, and communicate with members to resolve inquiries. This role includes a $1/hour night-shift premium and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience.
• Fitness, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations with GM to ensure member satisfaction and service excellence.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet productivity and customer service goals.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training to maintain fully staffed clubs.
• Greet members and respond to inquiries, delivering a welcoming experience.
