Join DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP as an Assistant Manager in Sarasota, FL. You will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver guest experiences, and build a team aligned with our RAISE culture.

Help recruit, onboard, and train, coaching Team Members and Shift Leaders toward future opportunities. Lead shifts, schedule, and drive performance while maintaining brand standards, inventory control, and cost management.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with a strong focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-through performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities. Guide the team when the General Manager is away.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service, with a strong focus on drive-thru performance. Address guest feedback and help the team improve.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management. Reduce waste, monitor results, and help achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards. Reinforce training, communicate expectations, and follow through on accountability.
