Qualifications

• QSR experience with focus on guest service and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience with shift coaching.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach team to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service and address guest feedback.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management to meet sales goals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards and reinforce training.
