Quality Brand Group, operating the Dunkin brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Port Charlotte, FL to partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and develop a strong team that embodies our RAISE culture.

You will support recruiting, onboarding, and hands-on training, coach Team Members and Shift Leaders, and help advance through leadership pathways within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with strong focus on guest service and fast throughput.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory, and scheduling beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support General Manager with scheduling and daily priorities.
• Coach team to deliver quick, accurate, friendly service and improve drive-thru performance.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and brand standards; reinforce training and accountability.
