DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver guest experiences, and build a team aligned with our RA ISE culture.

You’ll coach shifts, supervise scheduling, and improve drive-thru performance while maintaining brand standards. We encourage internal growth and offer opportunities to advance within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• QSR experience with a focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience and the ability to organize shifts and coach a team.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service with a focus on drive-thru performance; address guest feedback.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management; reduce waste and help achieve sales goals.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards; reinforce training and accountability.
