DUNKIN’ / QUALITY BRAND GROUP in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead daily operations, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy Dunkin restaurant.

You’ll recruit, onboard, and develop teammates, coach shifts, and uphold RAISE values while driving scheduling, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. The role offers leadership growth and opportunities within a growing organization.

Formación

• QSR experience with focus on guest service, speed of service, and drive-thru performance.
• Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience and ability to organize shifts.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills to support cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Coach fast, accurate, friendly service with focus on drive-thru performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor management.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
